Monday: Another day at home with the kids. I almost chose the picture of the suncatchers the kids and I made, but this smile of Maddie's won me over.
Tuesday: Naked toddlers on the potties. All three potty on occassion, but when all three go at once, it gets crazy.
Wednesday: The birds finally found the feeder Will made. We were almost late to MOPS today because we stopped to watch the birds eat. It was worth it to see the kids so excited about nature.
Thursday: I took Ben to the zoo today. Feeling his warm hand in mine; watching his smile and the sparkle in his eyes; hearing the thrills and trills in his voice; listening to him talk, and talk, and talk, not understanding all of it, but loving it, just the same; smelling the scent of his freshly-shampooed hair and the smell of salty hot dog on his fingers; and all the while not having to worry about where the other three are and what they are doing to each other -- what a awesome way to spend the day.
Friday: We spent the day in our PJs and had a good time reading, watching a movie, playing with blocks and dressing up in costumes. I turned my back for a minute and the triplets started climbing the walls -- typical.
Saturday: A moment captured that makes this Mama's heart pitter patter -- Will reading a bedtime story to Maddie, Jon, and Ben.
